Made chocolate mousse last night. It is surprisingly easy, and very delicious. Also found a recipe for chocolate and honey mousse which I'm eager to try.

I imagine a potent and a decadently numbing recipe for the broken hearted: one chocolate fudge cake + a full case of beer. Soothes one poor soul.
I would pass out, then explode. It sounds fun. :-)
